With Your Buckpole.net Guide: Jon Book

I watched a nice 10 point buck track a hunter to his stand. I could not believe it but from my elevated stand on the opposite side of the field I watched the Story unfold! When the hunter reached his hunting blind and started to make preparation for his evening hunt the big buck made a right angle into the corn field.

What went on here? Did the hunter leave a strong scent from his boots? Or, was that buck just curious? I often think of this when I go into my blind and maybe how many bucks caught my scent and followed me in.

Check your footwear. Leather hunting shoes and the location where you store them might be a give away.
